Branicks Group AG: Sale of two office buildings in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen

Frankfurt, 27.06.2025 – Branicks Group AG (Branicks), ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4, announces the sale of the Silo 23 and ECR building ensemble in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen from its commercial portfolio. The buyers are two companies represented by the real estate family office PAMERA Real Estate Partners GmbH (PAMERA). The parties are aiming to close the deal in the course of July 2025. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The Agrippinawerft 22 and 24 buildings are characterised by their excellent location on the Rhine in Cologne’s Rheinauhafen in Südstadt, were extensively refurbished and developed for new uses as part of the Rheinauhafen urban development project in 2006 and acquired by Branicks in 2007. The total lettable area is around 8,450 sqm and the plot area is 1,600 sqm. The two multi-tenant properties are fully let. They comprise office and practice space as well as catering, a showroom and storage.
